I think it is right to present both schools of thought about Milk
because of the evidence my friends have experienced in their family's health
since they commenced a Raw Milk Cow-Share Dairy Program 10 Yrs ago.
And Grass Fed Dairy Butter being much better for you
than the likes of nasty Margarine and Soft Spreads.
Also the many health conscious individuals whose health has
benefited considerably since they stopped consuming milk
and go for greens etc for their Calcium etc
and they make (genuine) nut milks etc
Don't trust store bought and don't trust Soy!
