Vegetable Oils are Better for Your Health? Time to Question!

On the Low-Fat Diets page of this website there’s a subtitle Low Fat Lies!
And where you will find a quote from an excellent Nutritionist that reads:
That is So True – we have Manufacturers Ploys and the Medical Profession’s
Cholesterol Scare Campaign to thank for all the Misinformation we have been given
about Healthy Fats and so-called ‘healthy’ Polyunsaturated Products like
Vegetable Oils and Margarines – they are both “cheap and nasty” yes, Perilous to
our Health!

In the public interest, they should be banned and removed from shelves in grocery stores.
In our own personal interest, they should not be found in our shopping carts
because the Truth of the matter is:

They are unbalanced – way too high in Omega 6
They undergo highly toxic and unethical manufacture
Contrary to popular opinion, they are highly unstable oils
They actually cause some of the very health conditions
they are supposed to “protect us from”
That is mostly because the Molecules in Vegetable Oils and Margarines
Being synthetic, actually CLASH with our Molecular Structure –
Our body sees them as Foreign Invaders!
Given time, this shows up in a number of ways.
Some people’s body reacts straight away, like they do with MSG.
Yes, this is a serious matter and cannot be addressed enough for my liking.
The TRUTH has been out in recent years yet many people are still unaware.
So please do read on!

You should know that these unhealthy products do not take weight off
they cause you to put weight on and keep it on.
They do not look after your hormones - they are noted by true professional
experts as endocrine disruptors (that's your hormones out of wack).
They do not protect your heart but make it vulnerable to heart attacks.
Our Heart, Brain and Nervous System needs Healthy Fats to protect them
Low-Cholesterol equals certain Health Risks.
Sorry to tell you but it's true - manufacturers tell all sorts of LIES
to get you to buy their products.
They often do this by twisting the Facts
and the public believes them.
Why is this?
Because they even pay scientists to Lie for them
so their claims appear to be valid.
Even the Medical establishment believe it and are slow to correct these
outrageous Lies in the face of evidence
because, sad to say, they make "too much profit" to let it go.
The Cholesterol Scare Campaign is Big Pharma's
biggest line of profit and Medical Practitioners are highly influenced
by them being their main source of information.
That's why the Medical Profession is effectively speaking,
a Sickness Industry, not a Wellness Industry.
Sorry to say, it's true - look at the number of repeat-visits
to their waiting rooms?

If you want to find answers, you won't find them there
but so many look to them, hey?
Rather, we should go to our Great Grand Parents and
ask them what their diet was.........and they had
very few health issues, hey?



All Vegetable Oils now have a bad reputation, for a good reason – Sunflower, Safflower, Soya, Corn and Canola –  In each of these cases, the seeds or plants are heavily processed using high temperatures, mechanical pressing and harsh solvents. Bleach is added, and a lot of (synthetic) coloring to disguise the charcoal color from the extreme high temperature that is used in this toxic mass of liquid in huge vats. This knowledge is out in the open on various websites and books in recent years. These “Vegetable Oils” do not sound so “healthy for you” now, do they?
According to Ray Peat, Ph.D., a physiologist who has studied hormones and dietary fats since 1968. 
 "they are actually found to cause cancer, diabetes, obesity, aging, thrombosis, arthritis, and immune-deficiencies."
CJ PUOTINEN author of Natural Relief from Aches and Pains writes “they actually cause hormone imbalances, inflammation, and all kinds of illness!”
MyVita Wellness Institute that specializes in Functional Foods programs for balancing hormones, taking off stubborn weight, sharpening mental faculties and improving sleep patterns has this to say about the subject: “Some Cooking Oils such as safflower, corn, cottonseed, vegetable AND canola, soybean and peanut oil have a very high concentration of Omega-6s compared to Omega-3s. This unbalanced ratio contributes to hormone imbalance and diet-related diseases. Stick to cooking with oils that have a healthier balance of polyunsaturated fats such as olive, coconut, avocado and walnut oil. Supplementing with Omega-3 rich sources such as chia seeds, flax seeds, fish oil and grass-fed dairy products (NOT GRAIN-FED) is another way to ensure you’re consuming the proper ratio of polyunsaturated fats.” 

As for Canola, that is the Greatest CON that ever hit the Food Industry and made
it's way to family tables. Better late than never to correct this mistake, at-least in

"Isn't Canola Oil a Healthy Oil because it has Omega 6 & 3 in it?" you say.
Apparently Not! according to the True Experts!


Canola Oil Con

The canola plant is a hybridized version of the rapeseed.
Rapeseed oil first appeared during the Industrial Revolution, where it served as a lubricant in ships, steam engines, and other machinery. Note that rapeseed oil is not to be confused with grapeseed oil.
While popular for industrial use, rapeseed as food was severely limited by certain potent anti-nutrients it contained, such as Erucic Acid. Two-thirds of the omega-9 (monounsaturated) fats in rapeseed oil is erucic acid. Studies of this fat in the diet indicate problems. One study of Chinese children consuming rapeseed oil indicated an association with Keshan’s disease, which causes fibrotic lesions on the heart (2). Other studies of animals indicated the cardiotoxicity, renal toxicity or hematological toxicity of erucic acid as well (34).

Rapeseed Oil Transforms to Canola Oil

Transforming dangerous rapeseed oil into a fat that could be safely consumed by both humans and livestock proved no easy task. Plant breeders in Canada finally hit upon the right formula in the late 1970’s using seed splitting.
This technique of genetic manipulation produced a variety of rapeseed that is low in erucic acid. Even better, the hybrid is high in oleic acid, the beneficial monounsaturated fat in olive oil.
The initial name for this hybridized oil was LEAR (Low Erucic Acid Rapeseed) oil. But, this acronym didn’t prove catchy enough. Eventually, this new rapeseed hybrid was renamed CANOLA by combining the words CANADA and OIL. This acronym proved much more marketable.

Canola One of the First Crops to Undergo Genetic Modification

In addition to the seed splitting, the canola plant was one of the first to go through and get acceptance for Genetic Modification in 1995. GMO crops are Roundup ready, which means they can be liberally sprayed with the herbicide glyphosate without wilting and dying.
With the backing of Monsanto, the FDA, the Canadian government, and two health gurus alike, this truly problematic crop was crowned King of Edible Oils by the processed food system.

A Swedish study found that women with the lowest cholesterol suffered significantly more depressive symptoms than other women in the study.

A study in the Journal of Neurology showed that low cholesterol is associated with increased risk of dementia.

A paper published in the European Journal of Internal Medicine linked low cholesterol levels with Alzheimer’s disease.

They have been at their Schemes for 50 years - that's 5 decades!
