It should be of interest for you to know that in our body, there is a Chemistry of Fats that is designed for BALANCE that requires a certain amount of a Variety of Fats in a certain RATIO. Nature being our one true infallible source of Truth and Wisdom in these matters tells us that we need to have foods that contain Omega 3 (found in Flaxseed, Salmon and other fish that are rich in oil content....and Omega 9 that is found in Olive Oil, Macadamia Oil...... Did you know that Healthy Fats are needed by your body to carry out certain tasks
just the same as Enzymes and Amino-Acids are.
From day to day we see so many listless people around lacking vital energy...and...cranky kids when shopping. It basically ends there with most GPs and they will tell you to "watch those fats" thinking that they are doing you a good service.
It is actually good to have some healthy foods that promote Good Cholesterol (HDL) over Bad Cholesterol (LDL). How can this take place if we are refraining from any kinds of Fats at all?
What most GPs are not aware of (because they get most of their education from Medical Drug Companies) is that a certain amount of Fat-Intake is needed to provide or improve Good Cholesterol to CUSHION OUR NERVE CELLS and various tasks. They give good advice to exercise more if your Cholesterol (LDL) is too high....and that is quite true_ we would do better to follow that advice than the Low-Fat or No-Fat advice. And in most instances it is strongly advisable to take appropriate dietary measures and Supplements in preference to Statin Drugs that are really quite hazardous to your health - it has been proven time and time again. Some GPs (General Practitioners) avoid prescribing them the best they can for this reason. Consider carefully.
It is far safer to include Oats and Oat-Bran (gluten free if you have gluten sensitivity) into your diet.....Extra Virgin Olive Oil....Omega 3 (fish oil) capsules OR Flaxseed Oil (keep fresh)....... Low-Fat is dead. While we won’t mourn its
